The history of Mošćenička Draga as a seaside destination goes back to the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, when the Opatija Riviera was first opened up for tourism. Cute and comfortable, but free parking is far ☺ Cute little studio with comfortable bed. Very clean and good location. The owner was friendly and left us beer in the fridge at our arrival. We were also able to leave our car at the free parking even after check-out. Supermarket is not far, nor the beach and bars&restaurants. The restaurant Pescaria which is quite close is amazing to go to dinner to and there was live music every night somewhere in Mošćenička draga. ☹ A lot of stairs. Will make your bottom firm for sure. The free car parking is not close to the building which is not a problem if you don't intend to go anywhere by car during your stay. Which we didn't because there is everything you need in Mošćenička draga. It was a bit hard to get fresh air in the studio apartment, because it is right under the roof, with roof windows. So if you open the roof windows, the sun goes right in and heats up the place. If you leave the windows open during the night, the sun beams will wake you up really early. You can use the window shades and run the AC if you prefer.
